What is the Gnipieven Tekombo Foundation?
The Gnipieven Tekombo Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in 2020 by Dr. Gnipieven Tekombo. It is a close partner of the Centre Médical Dr. Gnipieven Tekombo based in Switzerland. The foundation is dedicated to improving medical care and promoting sustainable development in Africa.
What is the foundation's primary mission and purpose?
Our mission is twofold:
To ensure basic and modern medical care for the population of Africa, starting with Cameroon.
To foster the sustainable development of African countries through knowledge transfer and know-how sharing between Europe and the African continent, particularly in medicine and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
What is the foundation's current main project?
Our current flagship initiative, “Ado Matter,” supports pregnant girls and young mothers aged 14–19—one of Cameroon’s most vulnerable groups due to high rates of violence against women. Through the Dr. Gnipieven Tekombo Medical Center, participants receive prenatal, obstetric and postnatal care, sexual education, and childcare over four years, while also gaining vocational training in healthcare or construction via our partnership with Campus Pro Afrique Centrale. By combining health services with skills development, the program helps young mothers escape precarious situations, reduce health risks, and build sustainable futures for themselves and their children.

You can support us through a one-time donation. We are also pleased to accept regular donations, for which you can set up a standing order with your bank.
How are my donations used?
We are committed to the careful and transparent use of all entrusted funds. 100% of your donations go directly to the projects and the relief organization. Our administration is lean, and all foundation members work on a voluntary basis as idealists.
